Pazzo Cafiza® E16 tablets are compact 1.2g cleaning tablets formulated for daily cleaning of both automatic and traditional espresso machines.

Compatibility:

They dissolve quickly to remove coffee oils, residue and tannins from internal machine components – supporting consistent coffee flavour and long-term machine health.

Compatible with a wide range of commercial and domestic espresso machines, Cafiza E16 tablets are NSF-certified, safe on metal parts, and ideal for use in daily cleaning cycles or backflush routines.

⚙️ Tech / Usage Notes

Instructions: 

For use on Automatic Espresso Machines

1. Insert one Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablet in machine opening and follow manufacturer's ‘Maintenance and Cleaning' instructions

2. Intended for daily use

For use on Traditional Espresso Machines

1. Insert blind filter in portafilter and add 1 Cafiza® tablet. Insert portafilter into group head

2. Activate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times

3. Remove portafilter. Activate brew cycle and rinse portafilter in a stream of water from group head. Stop cycle

4. Insert portafilter into group head. Activate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times

5. Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.
